Constantly Running Toilet & Tap Maintenance

Issue:

We were called out to investigate a leaking kitchen spout and a constantly running toilet. The toilet was wasting water. While on site, we also carried out a full service of the property’s taps.

Scope of work:

• Replaced a leaking kitchen spout.
• Serviced 8 taps and spindles, replacing tap valves and washers to improve flow and stop drips.
• Inspected the toilet and found the flush rubber, inlet valve, outlet pipe washer, and pan seal all required replacement.
• Removed and replaced all components, restoring proper flush function and stopping the continuous water flow.
