General Plumbing & Gas Maintenance

We were called to complete a range of maintenance and minor upgrade works for a client renovating parts of their home.

Scope of work:

• Fit off new kitchen and bathroom tapware, including installing a new mixer tap and new ¼-turn lever taps in the bathroom.
• Serviced ensuite taps and replaced worn washers and valves to improve water flow and stop drips.
• Installed and commissioned a new gas stove, including submitting all required gas compliance paperwork submitted to NSW Fair Trading.
• Installed a twin undersink water filtration system and tested to ensure clean, filtered water on tap.
• Tested all plumbing and gas fixtures — everything working safely and as intended.
