Fingal Heads Renovation

We were proud to deliver the plumbing and gas fit-out for this standout coastal renovation in Fingal Head — an award-winning project recognised at the 2025 Master Builders Association Northern Rivers Region Excellence in Building Awards. Originally a modest 1950s shack, the home was completely transformed into a minimalist coastal retreat inspired by Japanese architecture and sustainable design. Every detail of the build was carefully considered, from flood-resilient design plumbing to a built-in bath on the retreat style deck.

Scope of work:

Plumb-Jet & Gas-Jet was engaged to complete all plumbing and gas works, including:

– Full internal re-plumbing and drainage
– Gas fitting for kitchen appliances and hot water
– Flood-resilient plumbing solutions
– Installation of water-saving fixtures
– Coordinating seamlessly with other trades to maintain project timelines

While the award recognised excellence in building, we were proud to play a key role in delivering the plumbing and gas systems that supported the home’s functionality, performance, and design.
